Lamborghini Huracán 60th Anniversary Special Edition
Lamborghini Huracán 60th Anniversary Special Edition
Premiere at Milan Design Week for Lamborghini Huracán STO, Tecnica and EVO Spyder 60th Anniversary Editions
Lamborghini is celebrating its 60th anniversary by launching limited editions dedicated to the Lamborghini Huracán STO Edition[1], the Huracán Tecnica[2] and the Huracán EVO Spyder[3], each in a limited series of 60 examples. These exclusive models were revealed during an exclusive event as part of Milan Design Week on April 21. Each model in the V10 range is offered in two different configurations, which highlight Lamborghini’s expertise in creating modern and trendy colors, with the addition of exclusive liveries that enhance the spirit and unique lines of each model. To underline the exceptional nature of these special series, each car is marked with a “1 of 60” carbon fiber plaque, as well as the “60th” logo embroidered on the seats and painted on the doors.
The Huracán STO (Super Trofeo Omologata) embodies the pinnacle of performance in the range, thanks to its 640 hp naturally aspirated V10 engine. To celebrate Lamborghini’s 60th anniversary, this exclusive edition is offered in two versions, both inspired by high performance sportswear or team colors. The first version offers shades of blue, with a Blu Aegeus bodywork embellished with Blu Astraeus elements which can be combined with exposed carbon fiber elements with a Blu Mira finish. The interior features a combination of Nero Cosmus (black) and Grigio Octans (gray) in Alcantara, details in Nero Ade and contrasting embroidery in Blu Amon (blue). The second version features bodywork in Grigio Telesto (grey) and Nero Noctis (black) combined with exposed carbon fiber, while the interior in Alcantara Nero Cosmus and Grigio Octans features Rosso leather stitching and details. Alala (red). Both versions have the 60th anniversary logo embroidered on the seat and are equipped with 20-inch Hek forged aluminum wheels with a matte black finish.
The Huracán Tecnica represents the most versatile variant of the range, capable of adapting to all situations, whether on the road or on the circuit. The 60 exclusive units can be configured in two versions, both inspired by motorsport and subtly incorporating the colors of the Italian tricolor flag. The first version offers a body in Grigio Telesto (gray) with elements in Nero Noctis (black) and Rosso Mars (red), which are also found inside with Alcantara Nero Ade (black) embellished with details in Rosso Alala (red). The second version offers a striking contrast, with a Bianco Asopo body (white) embellished with lines in Verde Viper (green) and a Nero Ade Alcantara interior. Both special versions are equipped with 20-inch Damiso forged aluminum wheels with a glossy black finish.
The EVO Spyder is the most lifestyle-oriented Huracán, capable of combining best-in-class performance with refined character and open-air architecture. The 60th Anniversary Edition can be configured with Blu Le Mans bodywork with contrasting Bianco Isi (white) details. The same color palette is used for the interior in Nero Ade Alcantara, which features embroidery in Blu Amon (blue) and piping in Bianco Leda (white). The alternative version is characterized by a body in Verde Viper combined with Bianco Isi, while the interior is clad in Alcantara Nero Ade combined with Rosso Alala and Bianco Leda. Both special versions are equipped with 20-inch Damiso forged aluminum wheels with a glossy black finish.
The cars will be revealed on Friday April 21 at Milan’s Segheria, an exhibition space which will also host the first European appearance of the new Lamborghini Revuelto[4], following its global launch last month. This event is part of the series of international celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the Lamborghini brand, which began in January with the inauguration of the exhibition “The Future Began in 1963” at the renovated Lamborghini Museum in Sant’Agata Bolognese. The festivities continued with Lamborghini Day Japan – 60th Anniversary at Suzuka and Lamborghini Day UK – 60th Anniversary, which will take place on April 29 at Silverstone. On May 24, the “60th Anniversary Giro” tour will take place in Italy and will end on May 28 in the Piazza Maggiore in Bologna with a Concours d’Elegance open to the public, at which more than 150 Lamborghinis are expected.
