Alpine A110 GT4
Alpine presented its A110 model at the Paris Motor Show in a GT4 version intended for competition in the GT category. Alpine A110 GT4 is a very modified competition version of the production berlinetta in order to obtain the most performance to achieve good results in national championships.
Designed to stick to asphalt, the Alpine A110 is equipped with a front blade to stick to bitumen. The rear air extractor and the huge spoiler are not there just to look good, but to glue it to the ground and show its performance intentions for the competition.
The Alpine A110 GT4 has been revised for safety with a specific adjustable suspension
and braking signed Brembo 6-piston caliper at the front and 4-piston caliper at the rear. All with Bosch Motorsport ABS, rims in 9 and 10 x 18′′, the weight of 1,080 kg obtained with its aluminum chassis, but not only… The Alpine is equipped with many carbon parts to lighten it at most.
For performance, its original 4-cylinder engine has been revised and boosted to 360 hp to enable it to successfully align with other competitors in the championships with its 1.8 turbo engine block prepared by Signatech. .
The Alpine A110 GT4 is homologated for competition in the GT4 category.
Let’s remember that one of the two Alpine A110 GT4 entered by the French team CMR and entrusted to the tricolor tandem composed of Pierre-Alexandre Jean and Pierre Sancinéna won the first GT International Cup in history on the track of the Sakhir circuit in Bahrain on Saturday, December 1, 2018.
With ten manufacturers entered in the GT4 International Cup, that is to say the performance of the A110 GT, and inevitably, with this first victory, the legend of Alpine is not about to die out.
